LiJunAbstract:Municipalbondsarewidelyusedinurbanconstruction

atabroad,especiallyindevelopedcountries.Atpresent,domesticurbanconstructionfundcan't

satisfyneed,whereasthewaystoobtainfundarelimited.However,municipalbondscansolvethisproblemeasilyandcanalsodiversifyresidents’investment.Withthereformofourcountry'sfinanceandtaxformaswellastheissuingofquasi-municipalbondsandsoon,timetoissuemunicipalbondsismoreandmoremature.Inthisthesis,theauthorwillprovidesuggestionstopromotedevelopmentofmunicipalbondsafterlearningtheexperienceofAmericaandJapan.
