Abstract：

ThenumberofChina’slawjournalsandthespaceforlawarticlesareparativelystable,butthenumberofresearchersissteadilyincreasing.Thusascientificandreasonablereviewingmechanismisnotonlythebasicrequirementsoflawjournalswhichaimtoservetheacademia,butalsothekeytothesounddevelopmentoflawjournals.Whenappliedbylawjournals,boththeadvantagesanddisadvantagesofpeerreviewareobvious.InordertolinkpeerreviewwithChina’sthree-tierreviewandtoservelawjournalsandtheacademicmunityinabetterway,itisnecessaryforustostudytheseadvantagesanddisadvantages.
