Abstract：

Nowadays,thesupplyoftheintellectualpropertyrightspersonnel,especiallytheinterdisciplinarytalents,cannotmeetthedemandofourcountry.So,itisveryimportanttoenhancethetalentcultivationamongthedifferentdisciplines,toacceleratethemergenceofthevarioussubjectsandtotrainmoreinterdisciplinaryteachers.Forthispurpose,welaunchedaquestionnairenamed“Innovationresearchontheinterdisciplinarymodeofeducatingpostgraduatesmajorinintellectualpropertyrights.”Accordingtothecurrentsituationandtheresultsoftheinvestigationontheissueoftheinterdisciplinarycultivationofpostgraduatesmajorinintellectualpropertyrights,weanalyzedandsummarizedthedeficienciesofsubjectconstruction,recruitmentandselectionofthepostgraduates,teachingscheme,teachertrainingandmanagementsystem.Basedonouranalysis,wegavesomecorrespondingsuggestions.
