#30340;难点.工程量清单编制的成败与否决定着招标文件的成败,因此,认真完成好工程量清单的编制至关重要.但编制工程量清单,不仅耗时耗力,而且容易出错,稍不留神就会漏算等.工程量清单的编制有如下难点:
1)施工图不详细,工程容易变更,导致工程量不容易计算.
2)使用新材料,新工艺中暂估价值的确定时,工程量和工程价格计算的不确定.
3)建筑及结构构造中的次要构件容易漏项的项目容易忽略.
2.1.3拟采用的研究方法
本毕业设计先是通过与指导教师和同学间的讨论,确定研究的目标.然后自己在平时的设计中,通过自己的不断摸索与对有关资料和文献的查阅,对图纸和有关规范的不断掌握,从而达到理论与实践的结合.而工程量清单的编制是招标文件的核心部分,所以,首要工作是努力编制好工程量清单.
2.2本论文的工作计划安排
由于初次编制招标文件,对很多要做的工作都不是很熟练.因此,必须要安排好每周甚至是每天的工作任务,才能在预定的时间范围内完成这次招标文件的编制.以下是我对毕业设计时间的细化,安排如下:
1)外文资料翻译,调研并收集相关工程资料,复习相关主干课程,确定毕业论文题目——寒假,第1周,(寒假期间至2月23日)
2)学生提交开题报告——第1周,(2月24日至3月2日)
3)课外实习实践,整理论文素材,提交论文提纲,开始撰写论文——第2~4周,(3月3日至3月23日)
4)毕业论文初稿——第5~9周,(3月24日至4月28日)
5)毕业论文中期检查,修改初稿——第10~11周,(4月29日至5月12日)
6)修改论文并定稿——第12~14周,(5月13日至6月2日)
7)电子版毕业设计文件的输入,打印和装订——第15周,(6月3日至6月9日)
8)指导教师审核,评阅教师审核,毕业设计答辩——第16周,(6月10日至6月16日)
