Yoopune是Yoo在印度的首个项目,由Yoo Inspired Stark设计,因为这个项目位于浦那（Pune）,所以才有了Yoopune这个名称.整个项目包括六栋建筑,共228套公寓.游泳池、水疗中心、球场、健身中心、茶室、雪茄房以及儿童活动区等等配套设施亦非常完备,该项目致力于打造五星级的社区.

这些公寓的室内设计使用了许多当代设计元素,并非常大胆地贯穿着两个主题：“自然”与“经典”.白色、淡绿、淡紫等颜色的混合使用,使整个空间既有清新感又不失优雅.同时,在客厅、餐厅等公共区域以及儿童房也选用了红色、黄色等活泼鲜亮的颜色.室内所用的石材以意大利大理石为主,不同颜色的大理石恰如其分地表现出了自然与经典的特质.它大面积地出现在门厅、客厅、餐厅、浴室等区域内,一些摆件也用到了此种石材.除此之外,经过仔细观察,你可以发现室内某些细节处加入了一些富有印度当地特色的元素,如门厅墙壁上装饰用的印度帽子、餐桌上方天花的装饰等等,都巧妙地融入到周围的现代风格中.
