Abstract:Thekeyissueinthestudyofmilitarymanpoweristheeconomicstudyonthemilitaryrecruitment.Thethemeofrecruitmenteconomicsisthecostofrecruitmentsystembyspecificationanalysisandtoanswerwhichsystemhasmoreadvantagesbetweenconscriptionandallvolunteerforce,andhowtochoose.Thecostdifferenceofconscriptionandallvolunteerforceismainlyreflectedinthreeaspects,thataretheopportunitycostofmilitaryservice,therecruitmentandtrainingcosteandthetaxcosts.Forallvolunteerforce,thefirsttwocostsislowerthantheconscription,butthethirditemcostishigherthantheconscription.Whenthdsizwofthearmybeyondacertainpoint,allvolunteerforcew
