摘 要 :采用局部多项式方法作为非线性模型拟合工具进行建模分析,比较了接装纸激光、静电两种打孔方式对焦油、烟气烟碱、总粒相物、烟气水分、一氧化碳等卷烟烟气成分释放量的影响,研究了两种打孔方式下不同透气度与卷烟烟气成分释放量的关系.结果表明,激光打孔的接装纸透气度稳定性优于静电打孔,激光打孔的透气度在150~300 CU,烟气成分处于相对较低的释放量范围,且变化稳定.关 键 词 :接装纸;静电;激光;卷烟烟气成分;局部多项式中图分类号:TS452+.4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2012)23-5403-03Impact of Perforated Tipping Paper by Laser and Static Electricity on Cigarette SmokeDUAN Yuan-xing,ZHANG Tao,CHEN Jin-xiong,LIU Wei,CUI Zhu-wen,ZHANG Xia,XU Yong,JIN Yong-can(Key Lab of Tobacco Chemistry of Yunnan/Yunnan Academy of Tobacco Science, Kunming 650106,China)Abstract: To investigate the relationship between perforated tipping paper by laser or static electricity and cigarette smoke, local polynomial method was used for non-linear model analysis; and the effects of perforated tipping paper by laser or static electricity on tar, nicotine, total particulate matter, smoke water, carbon monoxide and other emission ponents of cigarette smoke were pared.
