【摘 要 】众所周知,机电排灌设施在农业生产及防汛排涝、抗旱中发挥着重要作用.然而入春来,各地在相继掀起农灌排涝设备春修同时,又不同程度地发现,机电排灌设施失窃现象较为普遍,有的甚至相当严重.勿庸置疑,近年来农村不少排灌站进户高压线、变压器、电线、电缆等被盗现象较为普通,尤其苏南一些改制后的小型电灌站、排涝站,一方面水利部门“鞭长莫及”,另一方面业主及排涝人员防范意识淡薄,给小偷有了可乘之机.这不仅给业主及排涝站带来损失,给农业生产带来影响,而且给即将到来的汛期排涝带来威胁.
