Abstract：

Usingquantitativemethodandmodel,fromthreeaspectssuchasthedegreeconferringunit,disciplineandtheDissertationinstructor,thispaperconductsthestatisticsandanalysisoftheselectionresultsoftheNationalExcellentDoctoralDissertations,anddrawsthefollowingconclusions：（1）ExcellentDoctorshaveformedacoregroupof“985Project”collegesanduniversitiesandChinaAcademyofSciences；（2）Scienceandengineeringaccountedfor67.79%ofthetotaloutstandingdoctoraldissertations,showingtheproblemofunevendevelopmentofthedisciplineandtheunreasonablestructure；（3）instructorsandthenumberofExcellentDoctoralDissertationsobeyLotkadistribution：f（yx）等于0.759/x3.302,andtheinstructorsofawardedExcellentDoctoralDissertationshighlycorrelatestoAppraisalGroup,Pearsoncorrelationcoefficientis0.974,appearingtheproblemsofselectionmechanismtosomeextent.
