摘 要 ：临床护理带教是护理专业教育的重要环节之一,目前,我校实习医院的临床护理带教老师大多拥有丰富临床经验却学历较低,同时教学方法单一陈旧,因此临床带教未能取得良好效果.根据实习医院的实际情况,我校教学小组和附属医院的带教老师在护理教学中引用临床路径这一理念,制定了普通外科 实习教学表,经实践证明取得良好效果.
