例3:低处理剂加量的油基钻井液研究

【摘 要】随着油气田的日益开发,其钻井难度也越来越大,因而对钻井液的要求也越来越高,传统的水基钻井液已不能满足一些深井及海上钻井,本文以油基钻井液处理剂的研究为主要对象,阐述了整个钻井液体系的建立到各项性能的评价.

油基钻井液的一大特点就是成本高,本文重点谈论的就是减少处理剂的加量,从而降低成本,并且其各项性能指标能与常规处理剂加量相当.我们的工作就是控制乳化剂的总加量,筛选出满意的主乳与辅乳以及其加量比例,工作的重点是评价其流变性,破乳电压,滤失量.当体系确定之后我们还对其进行了综合性能评价,包括抗温试验,油水比对性能的影响,抗污试验.通过一系列的试验,最后我们确定了钻井液的配方及各项参数.在乳化剂筛选试验中我们的总加量为3.7%,油水比对性能的影响试验中,分90/10,80/20,70/30,65/35.

[Abstract]Asfurtherdevelopmentofoilandgasfields,itbeesmoreandmoredifficultindrilling,sotherequestofthedrillingfluidisstrict.Traditionalwaterbasedrillingfluidcannotmeettheneedsofsomedrillingindeepwellsandoffshorewells.Thispapertakesadditiveasaresearchobject,ittriestoelaboratehowtoestablishoildrillingfluidsystemandevaluateperformancefigurewiththissystem.

Sincetheoildrillingfluidisofhighcost,thispaperwillfocusesonthediscussionhowtodecreasetheadditiveoftreatingchemicalsoastodecreasethecost.Buttheperformancefiguresmustkeepconsistentwithtraditionoildrillingfluid.Ourpurposeistocontroltheadditiveofemulsifier,sievingasatisfactionprimaryandassistantemulsionanditsproportion.Thekeypointistoevaluateitsrheological,emulsionbreakingvoltageandfilterloss.Aftermakingsureoftheponent,wehaveevaluatedtheprehensivefunction,includinganti-temperature,anti-polluteandtheaffectwithoil-waterratioofsystem.Afteraseriesofexperiments,weconfirmtheformulaofdrillingfluidandeachperformanceparameter.Intheexperimentofsievingemulsify,theEmulsifyadditiveis3.7%,inexperimentofaffectwithoil-waterratioofsystem,including90/10,80/20,70/30,65/35.Anti-polluteexperimentincludesanti-seawater,anti-electrolyte,anti-bitcuttings.

例4:双螺杆空气压缩机的设计

【摘 要】螺杆压缩机是一种比较新颖的压缩机,因其可靠性高,操作维修方便,动力平衡性好,适应性强等优点,而广泛地应用于矿山,化工,动力,冶金,建筑,机械,制冷等工业部门.双螺杆压缩机已经超过所有工业压缩机的50%,其市场份额超过80%,今后其市场份额还将继续扩大.可见,研究双螺杆压缩机具有十分重要的意义.本课题主要是设计通用的双螺杆空气压缩机,采用单边不对称摆线.销齿圆.弧型型线,阴,阳转子齿数比为6:4.设计新型转子型线,目的是使接触线长度,泄满三角形面积和封闭余隙容积3者达到最优化设计,以进一步提高双螺杆压缩机的机械性能.重点研究的是双螺杆压缩机的转子型线设计,几何特性,受力分析,热力学计算.
