【摘 要】在竞争日益激烈的知识经济时代,单纯依靠一种资源或一种优势是很难保证企业赢得竞争的胜利的.只有通过创造性的思维,将不同的资源,优势结合起来,实现资源和优势的互补,才能使企业获得更多的制胜机会.现代的自组织理论是系统工程领域的卓越成就.事实证明,自然系统的运动遵循自组织规律,人类系统的运动也遵循自组织规律·本文根据自组织理论和企业人力资源管理的特性,进行基于自组织的人力资源管理模式研究.基于自组织的人力资源管理模式是从新的角度和层面来对待企业系统内部的各种要素,提高各项管理要素的交融度,以利于优化和增强管理对象的有序性.在具体的实践中,需要综合运用不同的方法,手段和工具,促进各种要素,功能和优势之间的互补,匹配,所以,人力资源管理本身强调的是一种整合性的作用力.因此本文将系统工程中的自组织理论51入到人力资源管理模式中来,着重探讨基于自组织的人力资源管理模式,以求人力资源管理模式能够真正整合企业系统的各种资源,提升企业系统的核心竞争力及综合实力,使企业在竞争日益激烈的现代经济社会能够生存下去,并不断发展强大,以实现企业的最终战略目标.

[Abstract]Withtheincreasinglypetitionintheageofknowledgeeconomy,itisdifficultforanenterprisestowininthepetitionbysimplyonekindofresourcesoradvantages.Andenterprisescannotgetmoreopportunitiestowinunlessthecreativethinkingandthebinationofvariousresourcesandadvantages.Modemself-anizationtheoryisoneoftheoutstandingachievementsinthefieldofsystemengineering.Thefactsprovethatnotonlythemovementofnaturesystembutalsothemovementofhumansystemobeystheruleofself-anization.Accordingtothetheoryofself-anizationandcharacteristicsofhumanresourcesmanagementintheenterprise,thepaperstudiesthehumanresourcemanagementmodelonaccountofself-anizati6n.Itdealswithmanykindsofelementsofinsidesystemfromanewpointofviewandimprovesthebinationoftheseelementsofmanagement,inordertooptimizeandenhanceitsorderliness.Inpractice,theintegrationofdifferentmethods,meansandtoolscouldpromotetheplimentaryandmatchingofelements,functionsandadvantages.Sohumanresourcesmanagementitselfemphasizesakindofintegratedactiveforce.Therefore,thepaperappliestheself-anizationtheoryfromsystemengineeringtohumanresourcemanagementmodel,andfocusesontheresearchonhumanresourcemanagementmodelbasedonself-anization,inorderthatthismodelwillintegratetheresourcesintheenterprisesystem,strengthentheabilityofpetingpower,existinthecrucialmodemeconomysocietyfilledwithchallenges,andachievethefinalgoaloftheenterprise.

例6:轮南地区油气藏成藏机制研究
——烃源岩评价

【摘 要】本文以含油气系统为理论指导,以油藏地球化学为研究手段,主要针对轮南潜山奥陶系油气藏的形成机制进行研究,弄清楚其油气的来源,有工业性价值的油气聚集的期次以及聚集规律,以及原油物性变化与油气聚集期次的关系.根据以往传统的生物标志化合物的对比方法把轮南地诬的主要油源归结为中上奥陶统,但是在1年轻的烃源岩与古老的烃源岩的成熟度差距较大的情况下,往往会造成误差.根据油的轻烃受到破坏,具有非碳酸盐岩烃源岩来源的奇偶数特征及其碳同位素的研究具有强烈一致性,断定轮南地区油主要来源于生油能力极强的寒武系斜坡相烃源岩.轮南地区中一上奥陶统泥质岩除柯坪地区相对较好外,其余地区普遍属差一非生烃岩,不可能对已发现的海相油气有实质性的贡献.而寒武系无论是碳酸盐岩还是泥岩,其有机质丰度均高于奥陶系,尤其是碳酸盐岩烃源岩厚度也较大,因而是塔里木盆地一套十分重要的海相烃源岩.
