摘 要
通用电气作为世界的五百强企业之一,是世界上最大的多元化服务企业.在通用电气流行着这样一句话:梦想启动未来.它的精神所在使它从一个小作坊成为今天在世界经济的舞台上起到举足轻重的企业.到目前为止通用电气已经在中国建立了三十多家不同的经营实体,带领着一万二千多人的员工团队.
在通用电气每个员工都有很强的归属感,它不存在职位的高贵的卑微,从老板到一般的车间工人都是平等的.每个部门就是一个小团队,团队成员彼此互帮互助,充分发挥团队合作精神.
此次我们举办的西山绿光农场的活动,希望能使员工感受到企业的关爱和公司大家庭的温暖,增强员工的了解和荣誉感,给培训员工提供良好的沟通氛围,建立情感交流平台深入了解团队合作的重要性,谋求团队共赢,从而提升团队凝聚力和工作的高效性.
