摘 要 :伴随着国家经济社会的高速发展,高等教育逐步由精英教育向大众教育过渡,独立学院不断涌现.在国内外经济政治社会各种因素交互作用的最新形势下,独立学院学生思想政治工作必须与时俱进,坚持以人为本,科学发展,坚持不懈地推动学生素质的全面发展.本文通过对独立学院学生思想政治工作所面临的最新形势进行剖析,结合笔者工作实践探讨新形势下思政工作的新对策.

Abstract: Is following the state economy society's high speed development, the higher education educates gradually by the outstanding person to the popular education transition, the independent institute emerges unceasingly. Under the domestic and foreign economical political society each kind of factor correlation's newest situation, the independent institute student ideology political works must keep pace with the times, insist humanist, the scientific progress, impels the student quality relentlessly the full scale development. This article through the newest situation which faces to the independent institute student ideology political works carries on the analysis, unifies the author working practice to discuss under the new situation to think of the political work the new countermeasure.
