Thismajormainlytrainsstudentstohavethefollowingqualities:Firstofall,theyshouldexhibitstrongadaptability,haveaverysolidfoundationinarchitectureenvironmentandequipmentengineeringandpresentrigorousworkingstyle.Also,theycanbeengagedintheworkofdesign,construction,management,marketdevelopmentintheindoorenvironment,airconditioningandrefrigerationoftheIndustrialandcivilarchitecture,supplyofgasengineering,supplyofheat,Ventilation,building'swatersupply.Finally,theyshouldbeeadvancedpracticaltalentsofengineeringandmanagingwithpreliminaryabilityofapplicationresearchandtechnologydevelopment.
